We have two options for payment

Option 1. Onetime payment of $350 to $750 for each client (based upon the number of employees the client has) and the same amount royalty each year as long as the client remains a client of the Producer.

Option 2. Onetime payment of $200 to $500 for each client (based upon the number of employees the client has) and the same amount royalty each year as long as client remains a client of the Producer. After this onetime payment the Publisher will receive a monthly payment of $2 times the number of employees that the clients have. This is as long as the client remains a client of the Producer.
